Michael Greenwald, MBA, PMP, CSM, PSM, ITIL, SP, SA, ICP has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry. Michael began their career in 2004 as a Project and Facility Manager/Specialist in the United States Army. In 2009, they joined Amica Mutual Insurance Co. as a Project Manager/Financial Adjuster. In 2012, they worked as an Associate/Fellow at the U.S. Economic Development Administration - Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and as an Internal Consultant/Mayoral Fellow - Federal Sector at the DC Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at CSRA Inc. as a Senior Consultant; Senior Solution Architect and Staff Consultant; Business Analyst. Michael then joined Deloitte Consulting in 2016 as Manager; Project Manager, Senior Consultant; Agile Project Manager/Product Owner/Scrum Master, and Senior Consultant; Project Manager/Scrum Master (Subcontracted through The Goal, Inc.). Most recently, they began working at AVER, LLC in 2021 as a Sr. Manager; Sr. IT Program Manager.
