Victor Meer

Victor Meer is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in legal counsel and contract management across various industries. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Products and Emerging Technology at Booz Allen Hamilton, Victor leads multi-departmental product verification processes and negotiates strategic technology partner agreements. Previously, as Director of Legal and Contracts at AVER, LLC, Victor provided timely legal guidance and managed customer, partner, and vendor contracts. At Aveshka, Inc., as General Counsel and Senior Vice President, Victor played a critical role in transitioning the company to a technology-enabled service provider and scaling the legal department amid regulatory changes. Earlier legal roles at Accenture, Agilex Technologies, SuccessFactors, Plateau Systems, and Yodice Associates further demonstrate Victor's expertise in corporate law, compliance, and contract administration. Victor holds a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University.
