Zia K. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. They started their career at Accenture Federal Services in 2008, where they worked as a System Integration Analyst and later as a Senior Consultant in SAP System Integration & Technology. During this time, Zia successfully managed an implementation project that improved the efficiency of the procurement documents conversion process, resulting in time and productivity savings for employees.

In 2013, Zia moved to Accenture and held the position of Manager - Business & Technology Integration. They were responsible for managing large complex program deliveries, leading a team, and interacting with stakeholders to achieve program goals. One of their key accomplishments at Accenture was the successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementation, which modernized the finance business function and enhanced finance reporting capabilities.

In 2022, Zia joined Fivetran as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, focusing on SAP. They held this role for several months before transitioning to AVER, LLC in 2023, where they currently work as a Senior Program Manager.
