Jason Bortnem

Jason Bortnem is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the healthcare and financial services industries. Currently serving as Sales Manager for Group & Ancillary Products at Avera Health Plans since June 2021, Jason previously held multiple roles at DAKOTACARE from October 2004 to November 2021, including Business Development Manager, Small Group Sales and Freedom Manager, Director of Sales, and HMO Product Manager. Prior to that, Jason worked as a Mortgage Sales Professional at MorNorth and as a Sales/Relationship Representative at Wells Fargo Financial Bank. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Sioux Falls and an Associate of Arts in Financial Services from Southeast Tech.
