Kate Serenbetz Mpa

Kate Serenbetz, MPA, has extensive experience in the health insurance sector, currently serving as the Insurance Product Manager at Avera Health Plans since November 2015, where roles have included Principal of Insurance Products, Director of Consumer and Government Products, and Director of ACA Products. Prior experience includes serving as Government Programs Manager at Sanford Health Plan from January 2011 to November 2015, and earlier positions as Audit Coordinator at TSA and Policy Analyst at the Health Insurance Association of America. Kate holds a Master of Public Administration from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Bucknell University, as well as a high school diploma from Tabor Academy.
