Wissam Najjar

Wissam Najjar is an experienced professional with extensive management expertise in facilities, operations, and logistics. Currently serving as Country Facilities Manager at Averda since June 2010, Wissam oversees 15 facilities across the UAE and manages interior fit-out projects and building renovations. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Averda, where leadership of the waste management fleet ensured compliance with quality standards. Previously, Wissam was a Managing Partner at JBM Kitchens and served as Division Manager at Sanitart Systems. Early career experience includes the role of Senior Logistics Coordinator at Save The Children Foundation. Wissam holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the American University of Beirut.
