Pietro Novali

Pietro Novali is an experienced professional in the agribusiness sector, currently serving as the Global Head of Execution at Avere Commodities S.A. since October 2017, where leadership of a diverse team across multiple countries is a key responsibility. Previously, Pietro held the position of Operations Manager at COFCO Corporation from December 2014 to August 2017, contributing to global management initiatives and training operational teams. As Desk Leader for the European Divisions at Noble Group from June 2012 to November 2014, Pietro managed a team overseeing the execution of commodity contracts and logistical compliance. Early career roles include trade execution positions at Cargill, focusing on operational innovation and collaboration with LATAM markets, as well as strategic product management at Del Monte Fresh Produce.
