Jennifer Speer

Jennifer Speer is an experienced Human Resources Coordinator currently with Averill Hospitality since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as Store Manager at Pursuit Collection from May to November 2023 and held the position of Keyholder at Bath & Body Works from October 2019 to May 2023. Additional experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Denis Development Coaching Services and a Peer Consultant at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, both from September 2022 to December 2022. Jennifer also contributed to Pursuit Collection as an Assistant Retail Sales Manager and served as a First Year Seminar Mentor with IUPUI Orientation Services. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University Indianapolis, completing the degree in April 2023.
