Cem Karahan is a business leader with a robust background in engineering and a career focused on driving growth at the intersection of technical capability and customer value. Currently, Cem leads customer-facing operations with full P&L accountability across the Americas, emphasizing scalable growth and strategic customer engagement. Cem began their career in test and product engineering and spent nearly a decade at Cal-Bay Systems before contributing to the expansion of Averna’s U.S. operations. Their educational foundation is rooted in electrical engineering, having earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Montana State University.
