Andrew Hayes, PMP, MBA, MOD

Andrew Hayes, PMP, MBA, MOD has a wealth of experience in the IT and project management fields. Andrew began their career in 2006 as a Consultant for RNR Consulting, then moved to Ohio Legacy Bank as a Consultant (MOD Intern). In 2007, they became a Project Manager for IntelliSolve, Inc. In 2012, they returned to RNR Consulting as a Project Manager. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Project Lead/Senior Business Analyst for Mindboard, Inc. and a Project Manager for ICC. In 2018, they became a Project Manager for Major Facility Solutions and a Senior Manager for Avèro Advisors. Throughout their career, they have provided consulting services, project management services, business process analysis, requirement definition, RFP development, IT system selection, contract negotiation, IT system implementation, IT governance, IT software assessment, vendor management, market research, and general project management.

Andrew Hayes, PMP, MBA, MOD has a long history of education. Andrew obtained a BSBA in Marketing Management from The University of Akron between 1996 and 2001. Andrew then went on to obtain a MOD in Organizational Development from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University between 2003 and 2006. Finally, they obtained an MBA in Business Administration from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University between 2009 and 2013. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts from LinkedIn in April 2020.
