Surbhi Sood

Surbhi Sood has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Surbhi is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Aversan Inc. since November 2022. Additionally, they are a member of the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association starting from June 2023.

Prior to their current roles, Surbhi worked at Finxera as an Assistant Manager from June 2021 to September 2022. Before that, they held the position of Senior Analyst at the same company from May 2016 to June 2021.

Surbhi gained valuable experience during their HR Summer Internship at Trident Limited in 2015, where they focused on enhancing business performance through manpower utilization and re-defining workload parameters.

Surbhi also worked as an Engineering Intern at Ericsson from February 2013 to August 2013, further adding to their skill set and knowledge in the field.

Surbhi Sood attended DAV Institute of Engineering and Technology from 2009 to 2013, where they completed their B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication. Surbhi then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR from University Business School, studying from 2014 to 2016. In 2023, Surbhi Sood briefly attended Sheridan College for Human Resource Administration but did not complete a specific degree.
