Bill Carroll

Bill Carroll has a diverse work experience spanning multiple leadership roles in various companies. Bill started their career at EDS in 1990, holding positions such as Client Delivery Executive, Global Delivery Executive, Engineering Executive, and Global Service Desk Leader. In 2003, they joined Equaterra as a Practice Leader, where they built and led the Service Desk and Cross functional practice, implemented in-sourcing services for major clients, and facilitated a successful exit to EquaTerra/KPMG. From 2005 to 2012, Bill worked at Hewlett Packard as the Vice President of Global Professional Services, overseeing all HP products and leading Enterprise Service Management. At CSC, from 2012 to 2013, they served as the Vice President & General Manager, responsible for transformation, operation, and cost management efforts. After that, they took on the roles of Chief Executive Officer at Aasonn from 2017 to 2019 and Chief Operating Officer at Bishop Fox from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Bill is the Chief Executive Officer at Avertium, a position they took up in November 2022.

Bill Carroll completed their education at Central Michigan University from 1986 to 1992. During this time, they obtained a Master of Science in Administration (MSA) with a specialization in Management.
