Ron Kratz

Ron Kratz has extensive experience in product delivery, customer success, and management across various industries. At Avertra Corp since 2014, Kratz has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Product Delivery and Digital Customer Experience Product Owner, overseeing tier 1-3 client support and business process documentation. Prior to that, Kratz served as Squadron Commander for the Civil Air Patrol and held significant positions at the City of Dallas, including SAP Business Support Manager and 311 Call Center Supervisor. Additionally, experience at Barnes & Noble and LifeWay Christian Resources involved managing high-volume bookstores and developing teams to enhance operations and customer service. Kratz's career began in the United States Air Force as a Ground Radio Communications Specialist. Kratz earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from Colorado Technical University.
