Volker Herrmann

Director - Customer Success at Avertra

Volker Herrmann has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Volker started their career at EnBW in 1989, where they held various positions in project analysis and customer service. During their time at EnBW, they were also involved in an Implementation Team that migrated the company's IT billing systems to the SAP ERP platform.

In 2002, Volker joined SAP as a Senior Solution Consultant and remained with the company until 2015. At SAP, they worked on providing solutions and consulting services to clients.

In 2015, they moved to PwC and served as a Manager in the Advisory Power & Utilities sector until 2016.

Since 2016, Volker has been working at Avertra Corp, where they initially held the position of Product Manager. Volker later became the Director of Customer Success, a role they still hold.

Volker Herrmann attended Ludwig Erhard Schule Karlsruhe from 1989 to 1992, where they pursued a field of study in Industrie Kaufmann. Prior to that, they completed Mittlere Reife degree at Dorschbergschule Woerth am Rhein in 1989. Additionally, Volker Herrmann has obtained various certifications, including Scrum Product Owner Accredited Certification™ from the International Scrum Institute™ in 2022, Mendix Rapid Developer from Mendix in 2018, SAP for Utilities from SAP in 2013, and SAP Solution Manager from SAP in 2009.
