Andrew Kiser

Andrew Kiser is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in process and project management within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as a Process and Technology Manager at Avery Dennison since January 2021, Andrew leads teams of process and project engineers to enhance manufacturing processes, focusing on safety, quality, and cost improvements. Prior roles include Senior Process & Project Engineer and Process Engineer at Avery Dennison, as well as experience at OFS as a Process Engineer in optical fiber cable manufacturing. Andrew has a strong foundation in continuous improvement efforts and technical support from previous positions at Milliken & Company and Advance Auto Parts, in addition to hands-on experience as a Marine Technician at WaterCrafters Inc. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Mechanization and Business from Clemson University.
