Pankaj Sengar

Pankaj Sengar has extensive experience in production management and manpower handling, currently serving as a Senior Executive at Avery Dennison since December 2024, where responsibilities include monitoring production and machine efficiency. Previously, Pankaj worked as an Assistant Manager at Kanpur Plastipack Ltd. from March 2018 to December 2024, overseeing a team of 300 workers and 12 supervisors, with a focus on performance analysis and optimizing production quality. Pankaj holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from both Maharana Pratap Engineering College and Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, pursued from June 2008 to July 2012.
