Paul Headley is an experienced HR leader with a robust background in talent management and organizational capability development. Currently serving as Vice President of HR for the Materials Group in North America at Avery Dennison since June 2010, Paul has held multiple vice president and director positions overseeing HR for various business sectors, including Industrial and Healthcare Materials and Performance Tapes. Prior experience includes roles at Honda Trading America as an HR Training & Development Specialist and at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where Paul progressed from HR Coordinator to Assistant Director of HR. Paul holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
