Vivian, Jingwen L. has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Avery Dennison since March 2022, where responsibilities include supporting business teams in structural optimization and talent development while leading HR projects. Prior to this role, Vivian worked at Moen Incorporated from August 2019 to March 2022 as an HRBP, providing full HR support to business teams. Experience also includes a position as Senior HR Officer of Employer Branding at Chow Sang Sang Holdings International Limited and roles at IKEA Group, starting as an Internal Communicator and later as an HR Administrator, as well as earlier experience as an HR Executive at 曼秀雷敦.
