Roshani Mehta Dds

Roshani Mehta DDS, MBA, currently serves as the Dental Director for Avēsis, LLC, overseeing dental quality in California since November 2022. Previously, Roshani held the position of Preceptor for fourth-year dental students at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health, providing education and mentorship in clinical dentistry. With extensive experience as a Site Dental Director at AltaMed Health Services, Roshani focused on improving dental care processes and patient satisfaction. Past roles include Associate Dentist at Lake Forest Dental Group and Universal Care, as well as ownership of Smileworks Dental Group, where Roshani established a fully computerized dental practice. Roshani has also contributed as an Examiner and Expert Witness for the Dental Board of California and as a Quality Assurance Auditor for Liberty Dental Plan. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Concordia University Irvine and a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.
