Misty Tuell

Misty Tuell is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in affordable housing. Currently serving as a Senior Property Manager at Avesta Housing since September 2020, Misty oversees a team managing a diverse portfolio of mixed-use properties across Maine, including various affordable housing programs. Previous roles include Property Manager at Saco Falls Management, where responsibilities included managing over 150 affordable housing units, and Assistant Property Manager at Eagle Point Management, assisting with a portfolio of over 300 Section 8 and LIHTC properties. Earlier experience also encompasses a position as a Payroll Specialist at Paychex and Property Manager at Moriarty Apartments, overseeing a market rate unit portfolio. Misty holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Central Maine Community College.
