Sara Probasco Olson

Sara Probasco Olson has a diverse work experience in the nonprofit sector. Sara began their career at the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society as a Marketing Associate in 1999. Sara then worked at the University of Pennsylvania as an Assistant Director from 2000 to 2002. In 2002, they joined Newtown Friends School as the Director of Development & Alumni Relations until 2009. Sara later served as the Director of External Relations at Edvice Princeton for a short period in 2014. Additionally, in 2014, they worked on a temporary contract basis at Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County, providing Development & Communications Services. Since 2015, they have been with Avesta Housing, where they initially held the role of Director of Development & Communications and is currently serving as the Vice President of Advancement.

Sara Probasco Olson has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Sara also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Maine. Additionally, Sara has obtained certifications in Fundraising and Nonprofit Management from the University of Pennsylvania. Sara attended The Peddie School, but their degree and field of study there are unknown.
