Chrissey Hayes

Chrissey Hayes has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Chrissey worked as the Vice President of Talent at Avetta since May 2021. Before that, they served as the Director of Learning and Development at Avetta from January 2018 to May 2021. Chrissey also held the role of Advisory Board Member of Daybreak Utah at LiveDAYBREAK since January 2019. In the past, they worked as a Senior Manager of Global Instructional Design at eBay Inc from 2013 to 2018. Prior to that, they were a Senior Program Manager of Training at American Express from 2009 to 2013 and a Training Manager at Overstock.com from 2004 to 2009.

Chrissey Hayes is currently pursuing an Executive Leadership Certification from the University of Utah, with an expected completion date in 2023. Chrissey previously earned a B.S. degree in Communications from the University of Utah in 2008. Additionally, Chrissey has obtained the Avetta Connect certification from Avetta.
