James Hodgson

James Hodgson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James started their career at Misys in 1996 as an Account Manager and later worked as a Major Account Manager and New Business Account Manager. In 2001, they moved to BDE International where they served as an Account Manager. From 2001 to 2014, they rejoined Misys and held various roles, including Corporate Sales and Vice President Sales & Operations, North America. In 2014, they joined Rivo Software Inc as a Business Development Executive and was later promoted to Vice President Sales & Operations, North America. James joined CMO COMPLIANCE in 2014 as a Regional Sales Manager and finally, in 2016, they joined Avetta as a Strategic Account Manager and progressed to Director and Senior Director roles. Throughout their career, they have focused on enabling clients and suppliers to manage supply chain safety, sustainability, and risk.

James Hodgson earned a BA Hons in Geographical Studies from the University of Worcester, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. James has also obtained additional certifications in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn and a Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace from the British Safety Council.
