Kuldip Rakhra

Kuldip Rakhra has extensive work experience in quality assurance and project management roles. Kuldip is currently the Director of Quality Assurance at Avetta since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Azule Professional Services from October to December 2021. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the VP of Organizational Quality Assurance, Corporate at iBASEt, where they played a key role in transforming the organization towards a SaaS vision. Kuldip also held various roles at iBASEt, including Director/VP of Organization Quality Assurance, Product Management and Director of Software Quality Assurance, Product Management, where they implemented agile software quality assurance frameworks and automated testing. Before their tenure at iBASEt, Kuldip worked as the Manager of Product Training and Technical User Documentation for Telecom Solutions Inc. (aka iBASEt) in 2002-2003 and as a Program Manager, Developer, and Technical Program Manager from 1998 to 2000. Kuldip has a strong track record of delivering high-quality products, driving organizational transformations, and implementing agile methodologies.

Kuldip Rakhra holds a M.Sc. in Process Analysis and Development from the University of Aston, Department of Chemical Engineering in Birmingham, U.K. Additionally, they have obtained a College Associateship in Chemical Engineering and a Higher National Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Southampton College of Higher Education, Dept. of Chemical Engineering in the U.K. They have also pursued various certifications, including Enterprise Agile: Growing Scrum, Insights on Software Quality Engineering, and Stay Lean with Kanban, among others.
