Leslie-Morgan Frederick

Leslie-Morgan Frederick, PHR, serves as the Global Talent Development Program Manager at Avetta since June 2021, overseeing enterprise-wide talent initiatives focused on professional development and workforce diversity. Prior to Avetta, Leslie-Morgan held various leadership roles at the American Red Cross from August 2016 to June 2021, including National Onboarding & Training Lead, where significant improvements were made to onboarding processes and training efficiencies for a large workforce. Additional experience includes community engagement and educational program coordination at organizations such as Triple Cities Makerspace and Roberson Museum and Science Center, along with serving as a vocational rehabilitation specialist at ACHIEVE NY. Leslie-Morgan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Maryland Institute College of Art and has furthered education with certifications in social sector leadership and entrepreneurial assistance.
