Stanton Dumin

Stanton Dumin has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Stanton is currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Avetta. Before joining Avetta, they held the role of Director of Talent Acquisition for the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians and San Manuel Casino. Stanton also worked as the Talent Acquisition Director for Mobilitie, where they played a key role in growing the team and supporting organizational growth. Prior to that, Stanton served as VP of Human Resources and Global Talent Acquisition at Alorica and as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Western Dental Services, Inc. Stanton also gained experience in staffing and business development roles at The Irvine Company and Lee Hecht Harrison. Stanton began their career as a Technical Recruiter at Manpower.

Stanton Dumin completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Clemson University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Stanton later pursued an MBA with an IT Emphasis from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business, earning the degree between 1999 and 2001.
