Andrey Shilnikov

Andrey Shilnikov currently serves as a Global Customer Support, Technical Manager, and Design Product Lead at AVEVA since December 2013, where key responsibilities include managing a global technical support team and providing best-in-class technical support across various departments. Previously, Andrey held the position of Regional Support, Principal Application Consultant at AVEVA, focusing on project implementation and technical support in the Oil & Gas and Shipbuilding industries. Prior experience includes working as a Senior CAD Engineer at Almaz Central Marine Design Bureau OAO, where Andrey designed and implemented CAD data management strategies. Academically, Andrey holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University and completed a professional course in Business Administration and Management at Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics.
