Brian Pulfer

Brian Pulfer is an experienced professional in customer success and technical support, currently serving as Director of Customer Success and Technical Support at AVEVA since March 2018, following the merger with Schneider Electric Software. Brian previously held the position of Sr. Manager of Global Customer Support for Wonderware at Schneider Electric from January 2014 to January 2023, and prior to that, served in various roles at Invensys and Wonderware, focusing on technical support and management. Brian's career began at Mars, where responsibilities included Safety/Technical Manager and project management roles. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University, with a focus on Computer Science, Control Theory, and Mathematics.
