Lauri Montoya

Lauri Montoya is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at AVEVA since September 2020, Montoya previously held a similar role at SVB Financial Group from October 2006 to March 2020, supporting over 300 employees across various HR disciplines. Additional experience includes serving as HR Manager at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, where oversight of HR functions for a 50+ employee law firm was provided, and as HR Director at Open Harbor, where Montoya established the HR infrastructure for a growing company. Earlier experience includes managing a team at SRI International, a scientific research organization. Montoya holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northwest Missouri State University.
