Lay Sze Oh possesses over two decades of experience in talent development and training within the pharmaceutical and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager Talent Development at AVEVA since December 2013, Lay Sze Oh has also held roles as L&D Business Partner and Learning & Development Manager APAC.
