Kelli Neely has over 27 years of experience at Dell Technologies, where Kelli currently serves as Senior Manager for IT Learning and Development, overseeing talent pipeline and career development programs for recent graduates, in addition to managing all CIO People operations for Dell Digital. Previous roles at Dell include IT L&D Program Manager, Business Partner Management Consultant, Business Analyst/PMO/Communications, and Executive Compensation Program Manager, demonstrating expertise in talent management, business readiness strategies, and compensation governance. Before joining Dell, Kelli worked as a Compensation Analyst/Supervisor at Sulzer Orthopedics and as a Compensation Analyst at California Casualty Management Company. Education includes a BBA in Business from St. Edward's University and studies at the University of North Texas.
