Lee Swallow

Lee Swallow is an accomplished IT Project Management professional with extensive experience leading significant projects and teams across various organizations. Currently serving as the IT Project Management Practice Lead at AVEVA since February 2023, Lee previously held prominent roles at Co-op as the Project Management Community of Practice Lead and at The Co-operative Bank plc, overseeing the Programme & Project Management Services Lead. Lee's tenure at DS Smith encompassed multiple leadership positions, including Head of Governance, PMO & Service Management, where responsibilities included managing a £15M+ budget and implementing PM methodology. An early career at Ralegh involved managing IT infrastructure and providing technical support. Lee holds a B.Eng (Hons) in Mechanical & Electrical Applications Engineering from the University of Humberside.
