Oscar Javier Padilla

Oscar Javier Padilla, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and business consultancy. Currently serving as the Executive Engagements Program Manager at AVEVA since June 2022, Oscar manages global programs aimed at enhancing customer experience and executive communication. Prior to this role, Oscar held the position of Head of Market Engagement at London Market Forums, where responsibilities included facilitating market-facing programs to connect clients with industry leaders. Oscar's earlier experience includes significant roles at AIG as a Project Manager for Latin America Shared Services, and at Accenture as an IT Consultant focused on procurement for major financial institutions. Oscar holds an MBA from the University of Westminster, along with degrees in education and IT from Universidad de Murcia and Universidad Autónoma del Caribe, respectively.
