Chuck Greene

Chuck Greene is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial reporting, auditing, and corporate compliance. Currently serving as Assistant Controller at Avfuel since March 2010, Chuck is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, margin analysis, and process improvement. Prior to this role, Chuck held multiple positions at Tecumseh Products Company from December 1984 to February 2009, including Director of Corporate Compliance, where responsibilities included preparing and implementing risk-based audit plans, managing audit resources, and coordinating with management and external auditors. As Corporate Controller, Chuck led the global accounting organization and was accountable for high-quality financial statements and SEC filings. Additionally, Chuck directed the Oracle ERP implementation as the global lead and managed the corporate accounting department during tenure as Financial Reporting Manager. Earlier in Chuck's career, experience as an Audit Senior at Ernst & Young involved planning and coordinating audit engagements across various sectors. Chuck holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Michigan State University, completed in 1980.
