Tal Akiva

Tal Akiva currently serves as the HRIS & C&B Lead at Avgol Nonwovens, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Tal Akiva worked at Vayyar Imaging from February 2022 to August 2023, contributing as C&B, HRIS & People Analytics and Talent Acquisition Business Partner. Tal Akiva’s experience includes a tenure at Magen David Adom in Israel from September 2017 to February 2022, where responsibilities included Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Paramedic & Deputy Chief Instructor. Additionally, Tal Akiva was a Paramedic at Natali Healthcare Solutions from 2015 to 2017 and served as a Combat and Command Paramedic in the Israel Defense Forces between 2012 and 2015. Education includes a Master of Arts in Organizational Consulting from Bar-Ilan University (2021-2023) and a Bachelor of Arts in Management & Human Resources from the same institution (2019-2021).
