Ziva Finkel

Ziva Finkel is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management and business partnership. Currently serving as the Head of HR at Avgol Nonwovens since May 2021, Ziva previously held the position of HR Business Lead at Amdocs from May 2019 to May 2021. Ziva's extensive experience at ICL Group from September 1998 to May 2018 includes roles as Human Resources Business Partner for both the Essential Mineral Division and the Senior Leadership Forum, where advisory and talent management responsibilities were key. Ziva also served as Corporate HR Manager, focusing on headcount and labor cost control, and began a career as an Economist, overseeing budget control and financial reporting. Ziva holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from The Open University of Israel.
