Marina Teplenkaya

Marina Teplenkaya has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Marina is currently working as the LATAM Financial and Administrative Director at Avgust Crop Protection since October 2020. Prior to this, Marina was the Co-founder and CEO of Inmoblex from September 2018, and Co-founder and COO from February 2018 to August 2018. Before starting their own venture, they worked as an Independent Consultant from May 2016 to January 2018. Marina also has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, having worked at Schlumberger in various roles. Marina served as the Quality Operations Support Manager for Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador from February 2014 to April 2015. Additionally, they worked as the Wireline Field Training Champion for the same region, Wireline Account Manager for Colombia, Wireline Account Manager for Egypt, Wireline General Field Engineer/Engineer in Charge for Russia, Wireline Senior Field Engineer for Russia, and Wireline Field Engineer for Nigeria.

Marina Teplenkaya pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 1997, they enrolled at Novosibirsk State University (NSU) and completed their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics in 2002. After a substantial gap, in 2016, they attended the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) for a brief period, focusing on Cross Continental Strategies. Additionally, they studied at Stanford University in the same year, with a specific focus on Innovation & Design Thinking, although no degree is specified. Finally, in 2016-2017, they completed a Global Executive MBA at the IESE Business School.
