Fernando Vilela Donegá has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Summer Intern at Itaú BBA in 2013. Fernando then moved on to work at Patria Investimentos in 2017, where they were involved in M&A at a portfolio company for a few months. In 2015, they joined Morgan Stanley and worked in various positions such as Intern, Analyst, and Associate in the Sell-Side Equity Research department. During their time at Morgan Stanley, they gained experience in analyzing and researching LatAm retail & e-commerce, with exposure to payments/fintech, as well as LatAm food & beverage. Fernando'sresponsibilities included building and maintaining company and market models, conducting research and writing reports, engaging with institutional investors and corporates, and participating in IPOs and follow-ons. Currently, Fernando is working at Avi Medical as a Strategic Finance Manager, starting from March 2023.
