Wael Samuel

Wael Samuel has a long history of work experience. Wael began their career in 2013 as an Oracle Developer at Orascom Construction (OC). In 2015, they moved to Network International as an Oracle Developer, where they developed and recommended changes to PL/SQL packages and designed and developed various relational databases. Wael also dealt with bank reports and developed many reports for banks. In 2017, they joined IST Networks as a Software Engineer, where they developed Linux scripts, monitoring tools, social connectors, and a Genesys chatbot. In 2019, they joined NCR Corporation as a Machine Learning Specialist and Software Engineer, where they built automation tools, integrated Microsoft Dynamics CRM with NCR Integration Layer, developed IVR projects, and developed Smart IVR and Reporting systems. In 2021, they joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an AWS Machine Learning Trainee and Udacity as a Machine Learning Nanodegree Session Lead. In 2022, they joined Avi Medical as a Machine Learning Working Student, where they are developing a machine learning model that is giving contextual autocomplete suggestions to doctors while writing medical documentation. Wael is also an Ambassador at Hugging Face and an AI Scientist at Boubyan Bank.

Wael Samuel has an educational background that includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Modern Academy Maadi (2011-2015) and a Master's degree in Data Science from TU Dortmund University (2022-2024).
