John Widdall

John Widdall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management within the technology and conferencing sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Global Remote Managed Services at AVI-SPL since September 2016, John previously held the position of Senior Manager Conference Services. Prior experience includes a role as VNOC and Technical Operations Manager at Easynet Global Services, where John managed over 50 staff in service assurance teams, ensuring compliance with SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs. Earlier in John’s career, as Operations Manager at Global Crossing (Level 3), responsibilities included direct management of over 50 operational conferencing staff and participation in the European Leadership Team, contributing to the strategic vision of conferencing services. John holds a BSc (Hons) in European Business and Technology from the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside.
