Kevin Daniel

Kevin Daniel is an experienced professional in service management and operations with a proven track record in the technology and communications industries. Currently, as VP of Service Solutions & Enablement at AVI-SPL, Kevin has successfully led the strategic direction of a customer service program, expanding it from 24 accounts in 2012 to over 114, while maintaining high standards of service quality. Previous roles include Director of Global VNOC Operations at Iformata Communications, where Kevin established the first global white label VNOC service offerings, and key positions at Radian and NCR that focused on network operations and site preparation services. Kevin holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Wright State University.
