Ridge Rees serves as the Global Director of Business Development and Partner Advocate at AVI-SPL since September 2022, leading initiatives within the Experience Technology Group to innovate hybrid environments. With extensive experience in business development across various industries, Ridge has contributed to organizations such as MINDDRIVE.ORG as an Advisory Board member and mentor, Dimensional Innovations as the Director of Strategic Partner Integration, and Valued Veterans, LLC as the Director of Business Development. Previous roles include Account Manager at Integro Insurance Brokers, Events Coordinator at Circuit of The Americas, and business development positions at BEAN RESOURCES, INC and BRYANT MILLER OIL & GAS PROPERTIES. Ridge holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, having studied at Texas Christian University prior.
