Robert Biedron

Robert Biedron, CTS, currently serves as Project Management Supervisor and formerly as Project Manager at AVI-SPL since October 2021, overseeing large-scale AV systems integration projects. Prior experience includes serving as Commercial Project Manager at AVDG and as Operations Consultant at Robert Biedron Consulting, where responsibilities included strategizing for over 46,000 customers across five states. With a robust background in operations management at Oberweis Dairy, Biedron effectively led significant distribution efforts and managed multiple distribution centers, contributing to substantial annual sales. Additional roles include a Catering Manager at Flossmoor Country Club and a Technical Data Entry Specialist at Electro-Motive Division of GM. Biedron is a veteran of the Illinois Army National Guard, where service included enforcement of military law. Academic credentials include education from Purdue University and South Suburban College.
