Virginia Baker

Virginia Baker, CSM, SPOC, PMP®, currently serves as Project Manager for IT Continuous Delivery at AVI-SPL since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Enterprise Project Manager for Workforce Transformation and Project Manager in Education at Ultimate Medical Academy, where notable achievements included establishing an enterprise-wide PMO and being nominated for the 2023 OLC Accelerate Award for significantly reducing production time. Previous positions also encompass College and Career Readiness Coordinator at Hillsborough Education Foundation, where project funding was secured, and program management improved, alongside experience at SEIU in various capacities managing teams and training efforts. Virginia Baker holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Cincinnati.
