Rolandas Rakauskas

Rolandas Rakauskas has a range of work experience that spans over two decades. Rolandas started their career in 2000 as a Jurist at UAB "Gelvora security consultation". From there, they transitioned to roles as an Assistant Director at UAB "Žvilgsnis iš arčiau" in 2001 and UAB "ŽIA property" in 2002. In 2004, they became the Department Director of Debts Exaction at UAB "Sergel". In 2008, Rakauskas became the Director of UAB "Žvilgsnis iš arčiau" before joining Avia Solutions Group in 2012 as the Vice President of Sales. At Avia Solutions Group, Rakauskas played a crucial role in leading the largest aerospace business group in Central and Eastern Europe, which provided aviation services and solutions globally.

From 1996 to 2002, Rolandas Rakauskas attended Vilnius University where they obtained a Master's degree in Law.
