Dan Doster has extensive experience in test and evaluation management within military aviation, currently serving at AVIAN since June 2010 as the Next Generation Jammer-Low Band APMT&E. Key responsibilities involve applying knowledge of NAVAIR T&E policies, developing capabilities documents, and crafting Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP). Previously, Dan Doster worked as Assistant Program Manager for Test and Evaluation for the RQ-21 program, and as the MQ-8 Fire Scout Test Resource Manager for the United States Navy. Doster held leadership roles, including Commanding Officer and Chief Operational Test Director at VX-9, overseeing personnel and budgets, and served as Deputy Program Manager within the Naval Air Systems Command.
