Joe Carrasquillo has over 19 years of work experience in various roles, including senior director, acquisition/program analyst, senior operations logistics manager, assistant operational test director, production manager/lead logistician, and government program manager. Joe has worked for companies such as AVIAN, Eagle Systems, Air Test and Evaluation Squadron ONE, and the US Navy. Joe has expertise in product acquisition and support, program management, logistics planning and management, test and evaluation, and maintenance management. Joe holds a PMP certification, an MBA degree, and multiple GWCP certifications.

Joe Carrasquillo completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Florida Institute of Technology in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Professional Aeronautics/Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2010.

Joe has obtained several professional certificates from The George Washington University School of Business. In 2011, they completed a Master's Certificate in Government Contracting and a Professional Certificate in Business Skills.
