Ashley Emanuele Dvm, Certaqv

Ashley Emanuele, DVM, CertAqV, is an experienced veterinarian specializing in exotic and aquatic animal medicine. Since May 2015, Ashley has served as an Associate Veterinarian at Avian and Exotic Animal Care, handling a diverse patient base that includes exotic mammals, birds, reptiles, and aquatic species. In addition to this role, Ashley has been a Veterinary Community Partner at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences since June 2017, providing medical care for museum animals and engaging with the public. Previous experiences include co-managing the Turtle Rescue Team, working as a Research Assistant for the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources, and holding various veterinary assistant positions. Ashley earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from North Carolina State University in 2015 and became a Certified Aquatic Veterinarian through the World Aquatic Veterinary Medical Association in 2017, complementing a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology from Roger Williams University.
