Claudio V. has a diverse work experience in the aviation and tech industries. Claudio began their career with an internship at Compañía de Galletas Noel S.A.S in 2003. Claudio then joined Avianca in 2004 and held various roles including Yield Analyst, Revenue Performance Coordinator, and Revenue Manager until 2011. Claudio then moved on to Avianca Brasil - OceanAir where they served as the Network Planning and RM Director from an unknown start date until October 2014. Claudio continued their career with Avianca Brasil as the Vice President of Planning and Tech from December 2014 until June 2019. Claudio then joined Rappi as the Global Operations Director, CPGs from March 2020 to March 2021 before transitioning to TSYS as the Vice President of Operations from May 2021 until June 2023. Currently, Claudio holds the position of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Avianca starting in June 2023.

Claudio V. obtained an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de Antioquia, where they studied from 1998 to 2003.
