Olga Milena Joya Cote currently serves as Directora de Talento at Avianca since January 2023, bringing extensive experience from Claro Colombia where roles included Manager Talent Management and Gerente de Desarrollo de Talento from October 2005 to January 2023, overseeing talent processes across Colombia. Additionally, Olga contributed as Docente catedrático at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana from July 2017 to October 2018.
